This upscale planned community located in Alexandria, Virginia was a safe-zone established by the military in the early days of the outbreak. It was walled off by the residents and is now the home of over a dozen survivors.

Once a thriving town of 7,00 people, Carrollton, Virginia is now a ghost town. Walkers now call this country town home. The town hasn't been looted quite as much as the surrounding area. If you're brave enough to wander into this neighborhood bring sturdy weapons. You may end up fighting your way out.
